Jackie is an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for serving the residents at Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. With over 30 years of industry experience, Jacqueline’s career started as a Registered Dietitian before transitioning to the long-term care setting. In 2007, she earned her license as a Nursing Home Administrator, driven by her desire to lead with high ethical standards and enhance the lives of residents, families, and peers. As the Administrator, Jacqueline embodies her motto of “Leading with Kindness with Intentional Focus,” inspiring her team to strive for excellence. She understands the importance of teamwork and embraces the ever-changing nature of the healthcare industry. With a personal connection to nursing home care through her own family, Jacqueline is fueled by a sense of purpose to make a positive impact.

Devvie has amassed over 30 years of healthcare experience with a passion for enriching the lives of residents. With a background in business administration, Devvie’s journey began in the recreation department, where she focused on creating meaningful experiences for individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Inspired by her mother, a former Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who brought joy to residents through music and dance, Devvie developed a deep passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. This early exposure instilled in her a love for the work and a strong desire to follow in her mother’s footsteps. In her role as Admission Director, Devvie creates a warm and welcoming environment at Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation, serving as the first point of contact for families and caregivers. Her unwavering commitment to providing excellent customer care, coupled with her integrity and compassion, ensures that families and caregivers experience a seamless transition for new residents, alleviating their administrative burden.
